One of my daily non-negotiables is adding at least one fermented food source into my diet. Why? Because these superfoods turn your gut into a powerhouse of beneficial bacteria that:
▪️Boost digestion
▪️Strengthen immunity
▪️Support healing
▪️Reduce inflammation
▪️Even uplift your mood

And the more variety you include, the bigger the benefits.

🟢 So how do I make this practical in a busy life?
▪️ Keep a jar of sauerkraut or kimchi in the fridge and add it as a side to dinner

As a father, life gets busy. You give so much of yourself to being the best dad, husband, mentor, and leader for your family. Often, that means your own health and priorities take a back seat.

🟢 But here’s the truth: that’s exactly why your health matters most.
When you eat well, move well, and stay strong, you’re not just looking after yourself - you’re investing in the moments that matter:

Sometimes the most powerful changes in your health come from the simplest habits.

🟢 At MLE, we encourage two fundamental steps:
1️⃣ Eat mostly whole foods – Aim for at least 80% of your meals to be made from foods without an ingredients list. Think fresh vegetables, fruits, quality meats, fish, nuts, and seeds - as close to their natural form as possible.

2️⃣ Embrace variety – The more diverse your diet, the more diverse your gut bacteria. Research consistently shows that greater gut diversity supports immunity, healing, digestion, and overall vitality.

🟢 We focus on what you can eat, not what you can’t. No endless restriction lists - just real, nutrient-dense foods in abundance.
