We all want the result…
but not everyone is ready for the process.

For almost 7 years now, I’ve been working more than 8 hours a day. Started taking more cacations only sinds last year.

Not because I have to…
but because I chose a path that demands more of me after my 8 to 5 job.

Being an employee is 8–5.
Being an entrepreneur?
That’s a mindset… a lifestyle… sometimes 24/7.

But it’s not about getting rich.
It’s about finding your IKIGAI;
that intersection of what you love, what you’re good at, what the world needs,
and what you can get paid for.

So the real question is not how to get rich but
“ChatGPT… based on who I am, my lifestyle, and what energizes me…what can I build that aligns with my purpose and can create income?”

Because when you find that…the money is just a side effect. Use the prompt ✍🏼

Dancing for hours, training for ronde v Aruba and playing soccer with kids 1/4 my age… turns out that’s not the best combo for a knee that already had surgery when I was young 😅🦵😬

So for everyone asking about the next Moorebida hikes, thank you for the love, and please have a little patience. I’m taking this recovery seriously so I can come back stronger, and hikes will return in June.

Healing is also part of the journey. Sometimes the strongest move is to pause, listen to your body (or your doctor) and honor the process.

We don’t meet here just for the cold…
we meet here to face ourselves.

Most of them didn’t even want to step in at first. The mind resisted. The body hesitated.

But something powerful happens when you don’t stand alone.

You breathe together. You push together.
You support each other through the uncomfortable. And that’s where the shift happens. That’s what I like about this, it’s a team effort.

What seemed impossible… becomes doable.
What felt heavy… becomes light and warm.

I loved seeing how this group showed up,
supporting one another, applying the simple things, and turning discomfort into strength.

This is what it’s about. Not just the ice… but the people you step into it with.
