🫀 How to Check Your Pulse at Home (Quick Guide)
Did you know you can monitor your heart rate using just your fingers? It’s simple and can give you useful insight into your overall health.
👉 Place your index and middle fingers gently on the inside of your wrist, just below the thumb.
👉 Press lightly until you feel the pulse.
👉 Count the beats for 30 seconds and multiply by 2 to get your heart rate per minute.
💡 A normal resting heart rate for adults typically ranges between 60–100 beats per minute. Staying aware of your pulse can help you notice changes in your body early.
