পাইলস্ প্রতিরোধে নিম্নোক্ত অভ্যাস গুলো আয়ত্তে আনুন:
১.টয়লেট এ কম সময় ব্যয় করুন
২.কয়েক মিনিট এর মধ্যে কাজ শেষ করে ফেলুন। পায়খানা না আসলে অন্য সময়ে আবার চেষ্টা করুন।
৩.যারা ইংলিশ কমোড ব্যবহার করেন তারা একটা টূল ব্যবহার করতে পারেন পা রাখার জন্য।
৪.টয়লেট এ পড়ার বা মোবাইল চালানোর অভ্যাস বন্ধ করুন।
৫. নিয়মিত শাক সবজি খাওয়ার অভ্যাস করুন।
