Alhamdulillah! Successfully done a very challenging Case. 62 years old diabetic, hypertensive, CKD pt presented with Non healing lt great toe stump. Alhamdulillah! Managed to open long segment CTO lesion in Anterior tibial artery and significant stenosis at posterior tibial artery. Hopefully pt will get maximum benefit. In Sha Allah!
