Good health needs a healthy lifestyle and food is important part of healthy lifestyle. When anyone goes on diet need proper guidelines and also should have good food habit to achieve healthy goal. As dieting is a scientific method, so you need to go on that way to reduce or gain your weight. A dietician can only help you to show that path, but for having good impact you need patience and proper maintenance of diet.
Some days ago I had little injured on knee and doctor gave me medicine while strictly suggested to cut down extra weight that is better than taking medicine and not to go any crush diet or others, trying to follow his prescription.
Self-motivation always don’t work, need authentic and good dietary advice for healthy life.
