Mr. Fida Al - Shams Founder Member & Executive Director, Bangladesh Therapy & Rehabilitation Foundation (BTRF) He has completed his B.

Fida Al-Shams is one of the Pioneers in the field of Speech & Language Therapy (SLT) Practice, Disability and Rehabilitation Education, Advocacy and Research in Bangladesh. Sc in SLT from BHPI, CRP under faculty of Medicine of Dhaka University He obtained MPH from ASA University and fellowship in Public Health Leadership from Nossal Institute for Global Health, University of Melbourne. Under his leadership, Society of Speech & Language Therapists was formed in 2017. At present he is the Founder Member and Executive Director of Bangladesh Therapy & Rehabilitation Foundation (BTRF). He is also Assistant Professor and Coordinator of SLT Department, MCPHS, He is passionate to bring change in mind and thoughts of people to make an Inclusive Society
