থিসিস প্রোটোকল (Thesis Protocol) সম্পর্কে সংক্ষিপ্ত আলোচনা

থিসিস প্রোটোকল হলো একটি গবেষণা কার্যক্রম শুরু করার পূর্বে প্রণীত একটি বিস্তারিত পরিকল্পনা। এটি গবেষণার একটি নকশা বা রূপরেখা হিসেবে কাজ করে এবং গবেষণার উদ্দেশ্য, পদ্ধতি, সময়সীমা ও প্রত্যাশিত ফলাফল স্পষ্টভাবে উপস্থাপন করে।

থিসিস প্রোটোকলের মূল উপাদানসমূহ:
1. শিরোনাম (Title): গবেষণার বিষয়বস্তু স্পষ্ট ও সংক্ষিপ্তভাবে প্রকাশ করতে হবে।
2. ভূমিকা (Introduction): সমস্যার পটভূমি, গুরুত্ব এবং গবেষণার যৌক্তিকতা বর্ণনা।
3. উদ্দেশ্য (Objectives): মূল উদ্দেশ্য ও উপ-উদ্দেশ্য নির্ধারণ।
4. সাহিত্য পর্যালোচনা (Literature Review): পূর্ববর্তী গবেষণার সংক্ষিপ্ত বিশ্লেষণ।
5. গবেষণার পদ্ধতি (Methodology):
• গবেষণার ধরন
• নমুনা আকার ও নির্বাচন পদ্ধতি
• ডেটা সংগ্রহের কৌশল
• ডেটা বিশ্লেষণ পদ্ধতি
6. নৈতিক বিবেচনা (Ethical Considerations): গবেষণায় অংশগ্রহণকারীদের সম্মতি, গোপনীয়তা ও নৈতিক অনুমোদনের বিষয়।
7. সময়সূচি (Timeline): গবেষণার ধাপসমূহ ও সময়কাল।
8. বাজেট (Budget): সম্ভাব্য ব্যয়ের হিসাব।
9. প্রত্যাশিত ফলাফল (Expected Outcomes): গবেষণার সম্ভাব্য ফলাফল ও প্রভাব।

থিসিস প্রোটোকলের গুরুত্ব:
• গবেষণা কার্যক্রমের জন্য সুসংগঠিত দিকনির্দেশনা প্রদান।
• গবেষণার বৈজ্ঞানিক মান বজায় রাখা।
• অর্থ, সময় ও মানবসম্পদ সঠিকভাবে ব্যবহারে সহায়তা করা।
• নৈতিক অনুমোদন ও তহবিল সংগ্রহের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় ভিত্তি হিসেবে কাজ করা।

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
The Manager - Research & Evaluation position requires a minimum educational background of a Master's degree in Social Science disciplines such as Anthropology, Economics, Sociology, Statistics, or other relevant subjects. Candidates are expected to have completed their postgraduate studies in one or more of these fields to ensure a strong foundation in social research methodologies, data analysis, and relevant theoretical frameworks.

 At least 5 years working experience in relevant fields preferably in the field of research, monitoring, evaluation, and learning sector

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead and oversee research projects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Overall Summary:
The Deputy Manager/Manager, Health Research and Program plays a critical role in the success of our organization's health research and program initiatives. This position requires a highly motivated and experienced individual with expertise in research methodologies and program implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Research Management:
▪ Oversee the design, implementation, and analysis of research studies related to public health issues.
▪ Manage research budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources. ▪ Collaborate with researchers and stakeholders to develop research proposals and secure funding.
▪ Conduct data analysis and interpret research findings to inform program development and policy decisions.

Qualifications:
▪ Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Social Science, or another relevant field. MBBS Degree will get preference.
▪ Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in health research and program implementation. ▪ Strong understanding of research methodologies, data analysis, and program evaluation. ▪ Proven experience in managing research projects and budgets.
▪ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
▪ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
