Stillness feels safe, but it is the gateway to stiffness.
Stiff hips become sore backs.
Weak legs become bad knees.
Low strength becomes low confidence.
I do not train to punish my body.
I train to keep it usable.
Movement keeps joints lubricated.
Strength keeps muscles and bones resilient.
Cardio keeps your heart capable of doing real life, not just surviving it.
This is not about extremes.
It is about staying mobile enough to live independently.
To travel without fear.
To play without pain.
To age without shrinking.
You do not get old because the calendar changes.
You get old because movement leaves your life.
