Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease (HFMD):
সাম্প্রতিক সময়ে এই রোগটি শিশুদের মধ্যে বেশি দেখা যাচ্ছে। এটি মূলত একটি ভাইরাসজনিত সংক্রমণ রোগ, যা সাধারণত ৫ /৬ বছরের কম বয়সী শিশুদের বেশি আক্রান্ত করে।

👶 রোগের লক্ষণসমূহ:

হাত, পা ও মুখে ছোট ছোট ফোস্কা বা ঘা

হালকা জ্বর

খাওয়ায় অনীহা

গলা ব্যথা ও বিরক্তি

⚠️ সতর্কতা :
✅ শিশুকে স্কুল বা ডে-কেয়ার থেকে কয়েকদিন বিশ্রামে রাখুন।
✅ আক্রান্ত শিশুর জিনিসপত্র (তোয়ালে, গ্লাস, খেলনা) অন্যের থেকে আলাদা রাখুন।
✅ হালকা খাবার ও পর্যাপ্ত পানি দিন।
✅ চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ ছাড়া ওষুধ দেবেন না।

💬 মনে রাখবেন:
কোন কিছুতেই অবহেলা করা যাবে না, মুখের ঘা বা জ্বর বেড়ে গেলে অবহেলা না করে দ্রুত চিকিৎসা নিন।
