*.Number 1 rule: Consult a dermatologist. They know what to do, way better than what you have read over the internet. What’s the point of them enrolling to a derma school if they know nothing? I stand firm- they have a lot to say on howto get rid of acne.

*.Never pinch or pick at your acne. Your hands are one of the dirtiest parts of your body, so squeezing an acne won’t help at all. Pinching can make it worst byspreading the bacteria which then infects other parts of your face.

*.Who says washing your face is not effective? It is! unless you rub your face too hard and use strong chemical cleansers. Washing your face 2 to 3 times daily with a mild soap or acne cleanser is recommended by most dermatologists.

*.Heard of homeremedies for acne? Well, studies have showed that honey, garlic and a paste made of cucumber are effective anti-acne remedies.

*.Other home remedies for acne are toothpaste or oatmeal bath treatment. Mix them to create a paste and apply directly to the affected area.

*.Brush at least twice a day— after breakfast and before bedtime. If you can,brush after lunch or after sweet snacks. Brushing properly breaks down plaque.

*.Brush all of your teeth, not just the front ones. Spend some time on the teeth along the sides and in the back. Have your dentist show you the best way to brush to get your teeth clean without damaging your gums.

How to QUIT Smoking?

Do you smoke a lot ? Is your health suffering from smoking ? If you think that you smoke too much and need to quit smoking not just for your own health but for the health of all your loved ones i.e. your family members, then believe me you can do it. Though quitting the habit of smoking can be difficult, it is not impossible and with the right motivations such as the thought of damage done to the health of your son or daughter will make it easier for you. With the encouragement and the support of your family members you can quit this habit and start a healthy way of life. You can use the following tips to quit smoking.

#1. First and foremost is that you have to decide and stay firm of the decision to quit smoking. You cannot cheat yourself after making the resolution to quit.

#2. Even though you have decided to quit smoking, it may not be possible for you to quit immediately. So you can start reducing the number of ci******es you smoke per week in a gradual process. This will help you to limit yourself to just 1 or 2 ci******es per day and then you can quit them altogether.

#3. When you are trying to quit smoking, avoid the smoking zones where other people are smoking as it may weaken your decision. Therefore it is better to stay away from temptation.

#4. Stop buying the ci******es in large cartons. Instead buy then in small quantities so that if you feel like smoking, they are not easily available. Secondly keep them out of reach that means if you are working in the living room, then keep the ci******es in the bedroom. * Start in an upright position with feet apart

3. LONG JUMPS

Just make sure that when you land, you do it with soft knees. You can also modify the landing part by allowing one foot to land first before the other one. Here's how to do it:

4. BRISK WALK
