Sharing my thoughts and findings on the challenges of balancing it all as a mother.

Balancing work and motherhood is often presented as a manageable challenge, something modern women can master with the right routine, mindset, or productivity system. The reality is far more complex. Most mothers quickly discover that after giving birth, returning to work is not a neat transition. I...

Ever thought about making a career shift? It might feel scary or even impossible. If you approach it step by step, building on your existing skills and experience, will make it much easier (not easy but definitely doable! ). Read more in my new blog post:

There comes a moment, quiet or explosive, when something inside us reaches a boiling point. A job that once fit now feels constricting. A role we worked hard to earn no longer reflects who we are. At that moment, many of us feel a powerful urge to start over. Not just to make some adjustments, but t...

As we are stepping into the new year of 2026, I’ve been thinking a lot about the importance of slowing down and taking a moment to reflect. For over a decade, I’ve had a personal ritual of reviewing my year — the highlights, the challenges, the surprises, the growth — and setting gentle intentions for the one ahead. It’s a practice that has grounded me again and again, especially during busy or transitional seasons.

This year, I decided to shape that ritual into something I can share:
✨ Closing the Year, Opening the Next — a FREE reflection guide for anyone who wants to step into 2026 with more clarity, intention, and self-connection.

Inside, you’ll find thoughtful prompts, monthly reflections, space to explore what truly mattered this year, and questions to help you sense your direction for the next. You can do it alone, or turn it into a meaningful ritual with friends or family.

If you’d like a copy, you can download it here:

I hope it brings you a moment of pause, grounding, and inspiration as you close the year. Let me know if you try it — I’d love to hear how the experience was for you. 🙏✨

This FREE workbook includes thoughtful questions to reflect on the year that is ending, a life wheel to identify the right priorities, and questions to help you identify the right directions

Last week I attended a workshop about coaching for burnout: how to support clients throughout burnout and help them regain energy and resilience. What surprised me the most was that the speaker believed coaching alone was sufficient for someone going through burnout. I strongly disagree with that, l...

𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙙

Our mornings are the fertile ground where we plant the seeds for our day. By embodying mindful practices, we nourish ourselves and cultivate inner peace.

Here are some embodied morning prompts to inspire your growth:

- Connect with breath: Take a few deep, mindful breaths. Feel your belly rise and fall, and release any tension you're holding.
- Set an intention: What feeling do you want to cultivate today? Confidence? Calmness? Creativity? Close your eyes, imagine that feeling. What would be the posture for this feeling? Try it out and see how it feels.
- Move your body: Dance to your favorite song, do some yoga stretches, or take a brisk walk. Let your body express itself freely.
- Engage your senses: Light a scented candle, savor your morning tea or coffee, listen to calming music. Immerse yourself in the present moment.

Remember, tiny changes can lead to big results. Start small, be kind to yourself, and watch your day bloom with possibility.

Signs of being disconnected from you body

If you have been unattentive to your body for a while, it can be hard to notice when you are disconnected and what the warning signs are. Here are some of them, see if you tick any of the boxes below. If you are unsure for some of the points below, it probably means a "yes".

- You often clench your jaw, have your sholders tense and raised, or it's become such a constant state for your body that being tense feels like the norm.
- You tend to ignore your body signals, such as: fatigue, desire to do or not to do something, need for physical movement, and instead push yourself beyond your limits, because you 'have to".
- You are used to sweeping your emotions under the rug, telling yourself that it's not a big deal, others have it worse, you shouldn't feel that way, etc.
- You often do things on a complete autopilot, especially those that you do routinely (eating, taking a shower, commuting), sometimes even forgetting whether you did it at all.

Have you recognized yourself in any of the above? If you did, try paying more attention to it and practice self-awareness. Each time you recognize that you are disconnected, you already make a step towards better self-care and embodiment.
