Hibiscus rich syrup: bissap/foléré style,
Lime juice, freshly squeezed

Here we go again: September is here!

most of us are getting back to the weekly routine “Métro - Boulot* - Dodo”
* you could replace 'métro & boulot' by teleworking

Kids and parents are getting overwhelmed by the increasing levels of stress and activities, and for that reason, September is clearly the month of Lavander oilS .... and yes there is an “S”, not a mistake 😊

👀 I will spot here main characteristics of three main lavenders: True Lavender (Lavande vraie/fine) - Aspic Lavender (Lavande Aspic) and a hybrid of the last two called 'Lavandin'

🪴Lavender is good for anxiety relief when you feel overwhelmed by your daily activities

🪴Lavender is good for sleep; it will help you calm down before going to bed

🪴Lavender is good to release body tensions (obviously with a good massage !)

🪴In cosmetics, I think lavender it os one of the most used aromatic substances for skin actions

🪴It also worked for our little ones; it helps to prevent or actively irradicate installed lice and nits

In a nutshell, it’s one of the most polyvalent essential oils that you should have somewhere at home! ✅
