Yoga does.

🎯 It sharpens focus.
📖 It encourages self-study.
Real commitment is repetition.
It’s showing up when it’s early, when it rains, when you have ‘other stuff to do’.
It’s choosing rolling out your mat over rolling on the floor crying.
That’s the kind of relationship that changes you.
