What happens when 100+ brilliant minds sit all day solving business cases… and have a short well-being reset?

At the Brussels Management Challenge in .brussels, participants spent the full day deep in strategy, numbers, and presentations.

During the lunch break, I offered them a 10-minute well-being reset so they could return sharper, steadier, and ready to deliver.

It was a full-spectrum pause:

Yoga Shape: your yoga online, live and in person

‘‘I'm not flexible enough to do yoga... I feel aches and pain here and there... Come on, yoga is boring!.. You know, I just can’t relax...’’ Sounds familiar? Well, you are now in the right place!

My name is Irina, I teach different yoga style (Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin) all united under the umbrella ‘your unique body knows better what is best for you’. I teach at the studio and give corporate and private classes. I like motivating and helping practitioners of all levels to enjoy and feel safe and at ease with their practice.

When doing yoga, listening to your body is the most important thing. Do what you feel is right for you rather than looks fancy to others!
