When you learn about nutrition, you realize it’s really about not overcomplicating things. Most of it comes down to keeping it simple. Focus on good proportions, even if you’re not tracking every little detail. Eating healthy isn’t about restriction or exaggeration but it’s about simple, nourishing meals. Being healthy is not about eating less or piling on huge amounts of protein, carbs, or anything else. It’s about eating better, mostly by keeping things simple.
