What a intense two weeks
So much sweat
Strong tapas, discipline
Space and time to observe
And lots of fun always !

Connecting in the space between each inhales and exhales as you flow through the asanas, creating a holistic dimension in this strong practice

Intermediate serie taught me to slow down and stop rushing.
Taking time to appreciate each breath deeply
The opportunity to observe what's happening inside, guiding you through a meditative state.

Don't rush, go slow, give yourself the opportunity in each breath to feel and observe

Je vous propose une immersion Ashtanga la semaine prochaine avant la pause d'été, une occasion pour pratiquer/expérimenter/apprendre ensemble afin d'acquérir de nouvelles connaissances, sensations dans la pratique de l'ashtanga.

Découvrir les effets d'une pratique régulière sur son quotidien, au travail et dans nos relations privées.

Love this variation called FLAG the feeling is amazing !

The challenge here is to keep to shoulders on top of the hands and not compensate by pushing on opposition of the legs. Only tilt sideways the hips and differentiate upper and lower body.
You can see my right side body is getting a profound stretch and the left side body a nice compression.
Eyes stays at hands center.

Not falling and coming back to center is also quite a challenge !

Start with gentle side bend and find control slowly to lean deeper into the flag 🔥🔥🔥

✨ Ashtanga Secondary ✨

I have recently refocused on Ashtanga practice, with primary series proving to be an excellent method for opening and loosening the body. It truly helps in understanding how to adjust oneself, allowing the body to open and create space for each pose. This approach is not just about physical benefits; it's a pathway to concentrating the mind and enhancing focus. Can you measure the extent and duration of your focus? Are you mindful of moments when distraction creeps in during practice?

Once these qualities become ingrained in your daily life, the secondary series naturally unfolds.

Nadi Shodhana (nerve cleansing) in the second series delves deeper into the foundation laid in the first series. It shouldn't strain the body but rather serve as a seamless continuation, aligning with the rhythm of your sensations and capacities.

Gratitude to teachers like and , whose values I admire, for paving the way forward in this transformative journey.
