Welcome to Clear Mind, a space for adults in Belgium who are navigating life with ADHD. If you’ve been formally diagnosed, or if you've always suspected that you might be neurodivergent, this is a place for you to find understanding, share experiences, and build connections.
At Clear Mind, we’re not here to label or diagnose. We’re here to create a supportive community where you can talk openly about ADHD, find practical advice, and connect with others who truly get it. As someone who’s lived with ADHD for years, I know how overwhelming it can feel to be stuck in a cycle of confusion, frustration, and self-doubt. But here, you’ll find clarity, understanding, and a path forward—at your own pace.
My focus is on supporting people who have received a late ADHD diagnosis or are just beginning to explore neurodivergence. Together, we’ll break down the isolation, share our journeys, and empower each other to live with more self-awareness and confidence. You’re not alone in this—let’s walk this path together, step by step.
About Me
My name is Angela, and I’m a psychology student, ADHD advocate, and neurodivergent person. I’ve lived in Belgium for over 16 years, and I understand how difficult it can be to navigate life in a new country while also managing ADHD. I was diagnosed later in life, and I know the challenges of piecing everything together when it feels like things aren’t quite adding up. But through my own experiences and ADHD-specific training, I’ve learned how to embrace my neurodivergence and find the tools that work for me.
I’m here to offer support, share what I’ve learned, and help you find the clarity you need to move forward. Clear Mind is a space for understanding, connection, and growth. Together, we can explore what it means to live with ADHD, at your own pace and on your own terms.
Let’s figure this out together.
