“What’s this thing for running analysis?”

The question that physiotherapists and running coaches to our booth at CSM.

So we told them: a single sensor to place on the lower back that provides live running gait analysis. All you need is 30 seconds of data for a report!

From jeans and ballet flats to long skirts and suits, we saw every outfit on the treadmill. And yes, you could clearly pick out who was in true running shoes just from their impact loading and stability.

We’ve had a blast meeting everyone and want to thank you for coming by and being so friendly to meet.

See you next year in Philadelphia!

Keeping your clients motivated, easier said than done.

Some runners thrive on data. They love seeing numbers improve, chasing that next milestone, and beating their previous score. Others need a different spark a feeling of progress, confidence, or simply being seen.

That’s why we have our Runeasi Running Score, it gives runners a tangible, visual way to measure how their body is performing, not just how far or how fast they go. For many, that score becomes a small but powerful motivator.

But motivation isn’t one-size-fits-all. Some days, the best thing you can do for a client is celebrate the effort not the outcome.

How do you keep your clients motivated, especially when progress isn’t linear? 💬
