IMPORTANT CHANGE OF PLANS
Once we cannot use the present room anymore, Yoga Gasthuisberg will stop. For now, this means that the last class will be July 27th. However, it is possible that the construction works there will be again delayed and we can use it a bit longer. From the moment I know more, I will let you know.

So if you still want to use those last sessions on your card, now is the time! 😊 If you're not able to use your ten session card completely anymore, it's possible to ask for a refund for the non-used sessions. This is only possible when you purchased your last card in 2020 or later. In that case, you can send me a private message to ask for a refund.

If you would like to still join but don't have sessions anymore, it's from now on also possible to pay each time 4 euros per class.

SOO HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE: YOGA GASTHUISBERG IS BACK ON JUNE 15!
(read the entire message, because there is important info regarding change of location and covid rules)

LOCATION
The first two classes (June 15 and 22) will still be at the same location (Tuesday from 12h to 12h30 behind the white door of the dentist practice area on the 4th floor). Afterwards, we move to the central auditorium (CAG). Once, the exams of the students start in August, we unfortunately need to switch location again. For now, this will be the passage between O&N1 and O&N2 on the 6th floor. I know this is not the ideal location (temperature-wise and little passage of people). So if you have other suggestions for a big space in Gasthuisberg to teach yoga, you can always let me know!

RESERVATION
Reservation is still obliged to assure a maximum of 12 people per class to allow enough distance between the mats. To book your spot, go to supersaas.nl/schedule/Yoga_Gasthuisberg/Yoga_Gasthuisberg, log in with your e-mail (no password required) and book your spot! The link works super easy both via computer or your phone. If the class is already full, you can put yourself on the waiting list and you will be notified when a spot becomes available again.

COVID GUIDELINES
An alcohol-based hand gel will be present in the room. A face mask is obliged when entering the room and once on your mat, you can take it off. I would like to ask to bring your own mat. If not possible, you can use one of the mats I provide and clean it before and after class. Also, leave at least 1.5 m distance between mats.

10-SESSION CARDS
The rest stays the same! First time, you can join for free (but need to book your spot) and 10-session cards can still be bought for 40 euros via bank transfer. Bring your card to class every time, so I can sign it. And because Yoga Gasthuisberg will stop next year, all 10-session cards (new and old ones) will be valid until the end of the year (December 2021).

Because of the new restrictions made by the government, which don't allow indoor sports anymore, yoga classes at Gasthuisberg will be cancelled for at least 3 weeks. I will follow up the guidelines and keep you up to date when classes can start again! I hope to see you soon and stay safe 🙏

YOGA GASTHUISBERG IS BACK
(very important information below, please read it all 😊)

Good news! From October onwards, yoga classes at Gasthuisberg will start again. Every Tuesday at 12h, you’re welcome for 30 minutes of yoga behind the white door at the dentist practice area on the 4th floor (first class is October 6th).

Reservation system
To assure enough distance, the spots will be limited to 12 persons per class. For this reason, you need to book your spot beforehand via a super easy reservation system. By going to the link supersaas.nl/schedule/Yoga_Gasthuisberg/Yoga_Gasthuisberg, you can log in by just giving your e-mail (no password required) and book your spot! You can also find back the link at the information panel on the page or just save it on your phone (the link works easily via your phone). If the class is already full, you can put yourself on the waiting list and you will be notified when a spot becomes available again.

Covid guidelines

It's already one year ago that Yoga Gasthuisberg started! For me, it began as a small idea to share my passion at work. Never could imagine so many people being interested and following my classes. Now, 118 ten-session cards later, I want to thank you all! Without you and your enthusiasm, it was of course not possible for me to keep doing this. In 2020, I will again provide your Tuesdays with 30 minutes to move, relax and enjoy 😊 Hope to see you all there!
