When resistance appears, our first instinct is to escape it.
We look for a way around it. Or a way to avoid feeling it.
Yet resistance is not simply an obstacle in life. It is part of the nature of physical existence.
Resistance confronts us.
It holds up a mirror and asks:
How connected are you still to who you truly are?
To the possibilities within you. And to the way you relate to them.
At the same time, resistance invites movement.
It challenges us to move beyond what feels comfortable and to grow into capacities that have not yet been fully lived.
Without resistance, nothing moves. And without movement, growth towards your essence cannot unfold.
Within Mfi, resistance is therefore not something to avoid. It is both a mirror and an invitation to come closer to who you truly are.
