Before stepping on any of them,
pause. close your eyes.
Set the intention:
“May I receive clarity on my next step.”

Then…
Stand on each one.
Breathe.
Feel what happens in your body.
Don’t overthink – just notice.

Do you feel calm? tension? energy? relief?
Let your body show you what’s real.

Are you ready to embark on a profound journey of transformation through breath, body, and presence?

In this 7-month trauma-informed training, you will:
🌿 Dive deep into your own healing and embodiment
🌿 Master the art of Conscious Connected Breathwork
🌿 Learn bodywork, movement, trauma support and authentic facilitation
🌿 Grow into your unique, heart-centered voice as a Breathwork Facilitator

We offer a small group setting (maximum 12 participants) to ensure a deeply personal and supportive experience.
Trainings take place in the peaceful surroundings of Hasselt, Belgium, with monthly online support woven into the journey.
