So grateful for the amazing opportunity last July to go to Costa Rica and take part in one of the most beautiful experiences of my life, learning and discovering how to be a Yoga Teacher.
These photos of the time spent there are bringing a big smile to my face right now.
Thanks to everyone who made this extra special with a big call out to Marianne And Ron Wells plus Ali love you all @ ReallyRealYoga ###x

Hello everyone I have not been on Facebook for some time as this whole situation threw me a bit.
On Saturday I ventured into my first live session on the Zoom site and it was so great to explore this new medium.
So now looking into other ways of reaching out .
I have been trying to get into the nature to connect in a different way and in so doing found my inner child and love of the woods.
Stay safe ###

Definition of Namaste
Nama = bow
as = I
and the te means you.
Therefore, namaste literally means " bow me you" or " I bow to you"

I teach every week a very relaxing 60 minutes class, with the intention of helping the class to alleviate and rid the body and muscles of all of those knots and strains and tightness which builds up in all of us from our stressful and hectic lives, plus of course smile and enjoy ourselves as life is about meeting and getting to know others whilst being happy if possible.
I have never taken life too seriously and it is the same for Yoga it is about remembering we all have that inner child in us, so we do have a giggle and I think this helps to build a beautiful little Yoga community where we feel at ease to try new things and are not afraid to wobble or not being able to get into that pose straight away.
Yoga is a journey and hopefully my students know that they may not be able to achieve everything today but that there will be hallah moments in the future and so...…
Yoga is about feeling how the body is responding to each movement, so my classes are slow and flowing and never about pushing the body to the limits. It should feel good and it should also feel yummy.
My classes are Hatha based and I was taught by my teacher Marianne Wells that its actually “@ReallyRealYoga” and so for me its about being democratic and all levels are welcome as Yoga is democratic, its for all of us, we all need to move more, breath deeper and of course stretch more.
Maybe you have never tried Yoga before and think it is not for you, well how can breathing and moving not be for us it is what we do most days ? You just forget how much we do need to breath, but breathing so that you explore your breath and calm the whole body down is something we all need to do more of.
The classes last for 45 minutes and then at the end we have a nice relaxing 15 minutes where I ask my class to lie on the floor and wrap up all that gorgeous energy that they have created and I take them on a beautiful and relaxing journey.
So come and see if Yoga is for you and after the class you should feel more rested and that your body and the mind is a little more stretched, relaxed and hopefully allowing you to sleep better that night too :)
