For our session on Tuesday 17th, we’re looking at the connection between our bodies and our voices 🫂

Do you ever feel like you’ve wanted to say something, but the words just wouldn’t come out? Do you ever feel a physical tightness in your throat when you’re under pressure? Do you ever feel like you’re holding back your true self just to “fit in”?

🌀This session is for you to explore some throat playfulness and vocal freedom 🌀

~We’re spending 90 minutes shifting that ‘stuck’ energy. We’ll start with a 60-minute Yoga flow focused on Impermanence..learning to move through change and let go of physical tension. ~

•~•~Then, we’ll spend 30 minutes doing some fun group vocal exercises to shake off that tightness and get our voices moving. It’s lighthearted, low-pressure, and a great way to release stress.~•~•

No singing, no performing, and no “good” voices required. This is simply about using sound as a tool to open up, de-stress, and find your natural flow. 🌊

It’s time to get back in touch with... well, yourself. 🌿

We aren’t just talking about pleasure (though we’re big fans of that, too). We’re talking about the vital, daily practice of self-soothing touch.

For our neurodivergent community (especially those with ADHD) this is a game-changer. When your brain feels like it’s full of static, physical touch provides the proprioceptive input your nervous system is craving to feel grounded and safe.

~ The Science Bit ~
It’s not just in your head; it’s in your hormones. Intentional self-touch (like a firm squeeze of the arm or a slow massage) triggers the release of Oxytocin. Often called the ‘cuddle hormone’, Oxytocin is a natural stress-shredder - byeeee feliciaaa. It actively lowers cortisol (stress) levels and signals to your brain that you are safe, protected, and ‘home’.

Get curious…Whether it’s the way you apply your moisturiser or a rhythmic ‘butterfly hug’ to calm a panic spike, make it intentional.

What is your body telling you? Does it need a gentle tickle or a firm, grounding hold?

Promise to listen. Promise to discover those secret spots of delight. You belong to you.

Joyflow The Sacred Reset: The Worm Moon & Total Lunar Eclipse 🌑✨

This Tuesday, 3rd March, we gather for a very special JoyFlow. The March Full Moon, known as the Worm Moon, marks a sacred turning point between winter’s stillness and spring’s awakening 🌱

In folklore, this moon is named for the first 🪱earthworms appearing in the soil..a sign that life is stirring deep beneath the surface. But this year, the “Worm” meets the “Blood.” We are entering a Total Lunar Eclipse in the sign of Virgo ♍️, a rare celestial event that acts as a profound Nervous System Reset. 🕯️

Virgo is the sign of the healer, the earth, and the details. But its shadow side is perfectionism and hypercriticism. This eclipse momentarily ‘turns the lights off’ on those rigid structures, asking us to:

🍂 Strip away layers of toxic perfectionism and the need to ‘fix’ ourselves.
🍂Swap the ‘shoulds’ for a sense of ease, speaking to ourselves with the warmth we’d offer a dear friend.
🍂 Tend to our bodies with radical kindness rather than a “to-do” list.

Through a grounding yoga flow, a tea ceremony, and guided journaling, we will bring some gooey softness into our routines to allow more space for flow, curiosity and magic.

Let’s move from the ‘stuckness’ of winter into the fluid energy of spring 🌷

Starting next *Tuesday, 3rd March,* we’re creating a weekly sanctuary to slow down, move our bodies, and deeply connect with ourselves and those around us.

_✨ How can we transition from ‘doing’ into ‘being’? ✨_

*The Tuesday Ritual:*
🌀*19:30 - 20:30*: 60 mins of intentional movement
🦋*20:30 - 21:00:* Tea circle & guided journaling

*Theme for Week 1:* Grounding 🌱 We’ll be focusing on rooting into the space and setting an intention for this new community.

There is a specific kind of soul hunger that sets in when we spend too much time under artificial lights. It’s an ache for a place we’ve forgotten, but our bodies remember. 🌿

As so beautifully writes, we aren’t “fans” of nature. We don’t just visit the woods. We are the woods. We are the slow pulse of the tide, the reach of the oak, and the ancient memory held within the soil.

When life feels heavy, when the noise of the world starts to seep into your spirit it’s usually because you’ve been away from ‘home’ for too long.

Some simple tricks to reconnect with the Earthy medicine:
* Bare feet on the grass
* The scent of the soil - get your mits in the mud! That deep, earthy musk is the smell of life itself.
* Dunk yourself in the water - wash away, cleanse and reset.

Stop trying to think your way out of the darkness. Instead, feel your way back to the light ✨

Crumble the dirt between your fingers! Sit under a tree until you remember that you are held!

You aren’t a machine. You are a miracle of roots and stardust. Go home today. The earth has missed you.

This is the Snow Moon — a full moon that arrives in the quiet heart of winter, when the earth is resting and life is gathering itself beneath the surface.

In Leo, this moon doesn’t ask us to perform or push forward. It invites a gentle courage — the kind that comes from staying true to the heart, even in stillness.

Where winter asks us to conserve our energy, Leo reminds us to keep the inner fire warm.
Not loud. Not urgent.

Just steady, honest, alive.

This Full Moon offers a moment to release what feels heavy or overcomplicated, and to return to what is simple, nourishing and real — before the deeper shifts of eclipse season begin.

Yoga is more than movement.

Beyond the shapes and strength, it is a practice of remembering. Of breath, presence, and coming home to yourself.

My journey with yoga began many moons ago, and it changed me. Through daily movement and breath, something softened, something opened.
It felt like a rebirth.

Yoga isn’t about how a posture looks.
Bodies are beautifully different.
The practice meets us exactly where we are.
For me, yoga is a self-love journey.
A way of listening inward.
Of noticing what I need, moment by moment.
Of returning to the breath when the mind wanders.
Of learning how to stay.
