For our session on Tuesday 17th, we’re looking at the connection between our bodies and our voices 🫂
Do you ever feel like you’ve wanted to say something, but the words just wouldn’t come out? Do you ever feel a physical tightness in your throat when you’re under pressure? Do you ever feel like you’re holding back your true self just to “fit in”?
🌀This session is for you to explore some throat playfulness and vocal freedom 🌀
~We’re spending 90 minutes shifting that ‘stuck’ energy. We’ll start with a 60-minute Yoga flow focused on Impermanence..learning to move through change and let go of physical tension. ~
•~•~Then, we’ll spend 30 minutes doing some fun group vocal exercises to shake off that tightness and get our voices moving. It’s lighthearted, low-pressure, and a great way to release stress.~•~•
No singing, no performing, and no “good” voices required. This is simply about using sound as a tool to open up, de-stress, and find your natural flow. 🌊
