My name is Alyssa Davis, and I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (Reg. #118123) that is currently supervised by Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Curt Widhalm (Lic. # #47333). I am passionate about working with children, tweens, and teens that are experiencing life challenges due to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other related difficulties. It is my goal to create a safe space where you can share your difficulties as well as learn more about how your thoughts, feelings, and actions interact in order to empower you to create the life you want to live. I am a creative person that loves tapping into your strengths to enhance the therapeutic experience and make the often tough experience of change, more manageable. I have received certificates of proficiency in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Managing Adaptive Practices, and am working towards certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I look forward to meeting you and being a guide on this therapy journey!
