Back in June, Recipes for Wellbeing were invited to contribute to Google's educational content around the topic of digital wellbeing… And today Google for Education has launched new hashtag content created in partnership with Recipes for Wellbeing, to help everyone find a better balance between life and tech.

This is an important first step for the work we are doing on wellbeing to include digital technologies. We hope you will find something useful in these videos and please share this content with anyone who might need a bit more digital wellbeing in their lives.
