The NSA Bahrain FRG is a private organization approved by Commander, NSA Bahrain in accordance with OPNAV. We support spouses, families, and loved ones from all tenant commands. We host monthly meetups, info sessions, social events, and share helpful info to help you feel connected, supported, and informed while living in Bahrain. What we offer:

Please join us in congratulating Mrs. Jaime Huffaker, USS Dextrous (MCM 13), who has been selected as the 2025 Mrs. Sybil Stockdale Ombudsman of the Year for all U.S. Fleet Forces Command subordinate commands!

This award recognizes those who serve as inspirational Ombudsmen and embody the ideals of volunteer service and commitment to Navy Sailors and their families.

Thank you for all you do Jaime, and Bravo Zulu!

The U.S. Embassy in Bahrain continues to monitor the regional situation, and we encourage all travelers to review our most recent Security Alerts, and make appropriate decisions for themselves and their families. We note the possibility of short-notice airspace closures, delayed and canceled flights, and other unanticipated travel impacts, and advise travelers to take these into account. At this time, U.S. Embassy Bahrain staffing and operations are unchanged, and consular services continue as normal.

We advise all U.S. citizens to maintain a personal safety plan. Crises can happen unexpectedly while traveling or living abroad, and a good plan helps you think through potential scenarios and determine in advance the best course of action.

تواصل سفارة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في مملكة البحرين متابعة الوضع الإقليمي عن كثب، وتحث جميع المسافرين على مراجعة أحدث التنبيهات الأمنية الصادرة عنها، واتخاذ القرارات المناسبة التي تضمن سلامتهم وسلامة أسرهم. كما تُشير السفارة إلى احتمال حدوث إغلاقات مفاجئة في المجال الجوي، أو تأخيرات وإلغاءات في الرحلات، إضافة إلى تأثيرات غير متوقعة قد تؤثر على خطط السفر، لذا يُنصح بأخذ هذه الاحتمالات بعين الاعتبار عند التخطيط لأي تنقلات.
وفي الوقت الراهن، لم يطرأ أي تغيير على الموظفين في السفارة، كما تستمر الخدمات القنصلية في العمل كالمعتاد.
وتوصي السفارة جميع المواطنين الأمريكيين بوضع خطة شخصية متكاملة للسلامة، إذ قد تقع الأزمات بشكل مفاجئ أثناء السفر أو الإقامة في الخارج. ويسهم وجود خطة مدروسة في الاستعداد المسبق لمختلف السيناريوهات المحتملة، وتحديد أفضل السبل للتعامل معها.
