Join me this January on Monday nights for the start of our new offering: Mindfulness Mentor Groups! This 4 week, 90 min virtual group will be on Monday nights at 8p Eastern/6p Mountain. I’ll be taking up to 10 mentees that are looking to take a deeper dive into mindfulness meditation practice on the cushion and in other aspects of life. This will help you cultivate living with more intention and come more into alignment with your inner world.
Group starts on Jan 5th and will end on Jan 26th. $60 will cover all 4 sessions as well as some add ons :)

Hey friends, the last Men’s Mindfulness Meditation Group of the year will be tomorrow night, 12.8.25, at 8p Eastern/6p Mountain. Come join me or tell a friend to come join. We’ll have a seated arrival practice to start and finish with reflecting on 2025 and setting some intentions for 2026.

Note: we won’t have this group in January and will be offering the Men’s specific groups in 4-6 week blocks coming in 2026. We will have more group offerings in the coming year though! Stay tuned!
