Navaratri is coming! A nine night and ten day festival which is celebrated in many ways. One, it's the oldest and longest ongoing Goddess festival on the planet in honor of Durga Devi and all that She stands for: justice, protection, strength, power-love-grace to do inner work and meet the world's challenges with poised fortitude and more.

She is the Goddess to call on for these times we all are steeped in around the globe. Durga helps us and has our back no matter what is happening in the inner and outer world. Her mantra and practices are tools to algin, awaken, and invoke Her signature qualities and energy.

This year, Ganga Devi and I of Devidance Yoga have created a Whatsapp community space for dedicated and guided sadhana for the duration of Navaratri. This is a free offering to be in a supportive global online group for Navaratri.

Wilderness Goddess Retreat 2025 ❤️🌲🐏🪻🏔🌞🌕✨️🥾🔻🌺!

Time in the mountains is to step out of the time paradigm. Simplicity and beauty nourish the soul. Silence soothes the nervous system and allows inner systems to recalibrate and find balance. Supportive community creates a safe space for self-honesty, exchange, and witnessing. Guided Deity Yoga self-inquiry questions assist in discovering what's within, along with gaining insights and clarity. Devi-based Hatha Yoga introduces body, mind, and spirit to timeless embodied wisdom.

Every August, a group of Yogins retreat to the North Cascades in Washington State for the yearly "Wilderness Goddess Retreat." Taking a much needed timeout from daily life to go inward and meditate in the solitude of high alpine and deep forests. It's a time of simple joy, (re) self-discovery and clarification.
