3. Do Interval Training
Belly fat is linked to an increased risk of BPH and prostate cancer. Men can reduce belly fat through a healthy diet and exercise that focuses on interval training. Interval training exercise burns fat by boosting the body’s metabolism keeping it in a fat-burning range. When the body does an activity like running for a long period of time, it gets used to the motion and the metabolism drops and levels off. However, when doing short bursts of different exercises, the body doesn’t have time to get used to one motion. Therefore, the body’s metabolic rate doesn’t drop; it continues to be in an optimal fat-burning range. Interval training even increases a person’s resting metabolic rate for up to 24 hours after exercising.

1. Include Aerobic Exercise
Exercise that is good for your heart is also good for prostate and sexual health. Do 30 minutes of aerobic exercise, like swimming, biking, speed walking, or hiking on most days of the week. You can also add in strength training exercises like working with free weights or weight machines on alternating days.

We love a Crockpot meal! Great for a big family, just for 1 and have lots of leftovers.. Biggest thing? Super Easy to make.. Enjoy!
Crock Pot Lasagna
Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 cups diced eggplant
- 1 jar Paul Newman's marinara sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon basil flakes
- 1 cup water
- 15 ounces part skim ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup Egg Beaters
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese (not grated, shredded)
- 8 no boil lasagna noodles
Preparation
Brown the ground beef in a heated skillet and drain off any fat and water. Stir in the pepper, sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, basil flakes, water, and eggplant. In a bowl combine the egg, cheeses and parsley.
Place a layer of meat sauce on the bottom of a crock pot. I find my oval shaped on works the best here. Top with 2-3 noodles, nipping off the corners in order to get a nice fit.
Add another layer of meat sauce and then one thick layer of the cheese mixture. Top with a final layer of noodles and then a final layer of meat sauce. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours.
