Five Tips to Navigating The Holidays🎄🎄🎁🎁🎁Prioritize what social events you will attend during the Yuletide season. Develop the ability to say “no”; remember you are not perfect. Prepare a budget for shopping and fine dining. Have a stress reliever while at work or when driving: relaxed breathing; graded muscle relaxation or listening to relaxing music. Ensure that you get adequate sleep, about 7-8hrs is more than adequate.
