𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩 ~ 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 ✨

The National Medical Services, Ministry of Health, in collaboration with the International Extremity Project (IEP), will conduct a Corrective Surgery Camp at JDWNRH, Thimphu, from 22–29 December 2025.

This initiative offers surgical care for children and young adults with limb and joint deformities, helping them walk and live better. 💙

🩺 Pre-screening: 28 Oct – 8 Nov 2025

Following the initial screening, line-listed cases will be reviewed by visiting specialists from JDWNRH at:
📍 Phuentsholing Hospital: 18–20 Nov
📍 ERRH, Mongar: 25–27 Nov
📍 CRRH, Gelephu: 2–4 Dec

Today, we bid a warm yet emotional farewell to our respected Senior HA, Sister Gyem Lham, as she embarks on a new journey with her transfer from Daga Hospital.
Sister Gyem Lham has been an integral part of our hospital family for the past 11 years, dedicating her time, skills, and compassionate care to our patients and community. Her unwavering commitment and kindness have touched countless lives and inspired all of us.
Though we will deeply miss her presence, her legacy of service and dedication will remain a guiding light for the entire team.

The road towards hospital will remain closed for maintenance work from 11/7/25 to 13/7/25. We would like to request the general public to use the back entrance from Daga Central school while visiting the hospital in private vehicles. However, the hospital will be open for services as usual la.
