The theme for World Stroke Day 2025 is "Every Minute Counts," which emphasizes on the critical time period one need to act when someone shows the signs and symptoms of stroke. The theme reminds us to use of the acronym FAST — Face drooping, Arm weakness, Speech difficulty, Time to call emergency services—to ensure immediate medical attention, which can significantly improve recovery and reduce disability.

Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Training Successfully Completed.

We are pleased to share that Gidakom Hospital has successfully completed the Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) training for all clinical and non-clinical staff. The training was conducted in four batches from 19th May to 28th May 2025, ensuring that every team member received comprehensive guidance on best practices for infection control.
