What an incredible moment for Botsogo Jwame at the dynamic Built in Africa Garage in Cape Town!
One of our founders, Mr Seletlo had the honor of moderating the panel discussion, “Building for Everyday Africa: Designing Solutions That Work in the Real World,” bringing together inspiring African innovators who are building practical, scalable solutions for the continent.
This stands as one of Botsogo Jwame’s proud 2025 highlights as a growing healthcare startup, just two years in the market and already contributing to important African health and innovation dialogues on a continental stage. It reflects our mission to not only build technology, but to help shape conversations around the future of healthcare in Africa.
A sincere thank you to the outstanding panelists: Reagan Rowland (OneClick-Med, Nigeria), Samuel Mugisha D.C. (Stre@mline Ubuntu, Uganda), and Asnake Amelo (Acubed, Ethiopia), for an honest, insightful, and deeply engaging conversation. The dialogue explored real-world challenges such as infrastructure gaps, affordability, and evolving user behaviour, while highlighting the resilience and ingenuity of African founders.
Botsogo Jwame also extends its appreciation to the organizers of the Built in Africa event, African Impact Initiative and their valued partners and sponsors: Bridge, Mastercard, and the University of Toronto. Your commitment to empowering African innovation continues to shape the future of our ecosystem.
Together, we continue building the Africa we want, through collaboration, innovation, and solutions designed for real lives.
