We are almost at the end of the month of October. It’s your responsibility to;

1. Know your body: visually inspect your breast area which should form a sideways letter “S” shape. Look for any deformity or changes: ni**le discharge, redness or change in ni**le position

2. Manually touch & feel for lumps, swelling or dimpling around your breast area while standing with arm over head

3. Visit our neighbors 24HR E&M CLINIC, PHAKALANE today or next Friday for a FREE Breast Cancer Screening
