* Advocacy for Appropiate Palliative Care Services

* Training & Education for Policy Makers, Service Providers and Promote the development standards in Palliative Care

*Improve Quality of Life of Patients & their Families

*Advocate for Policies & Regulations to ensure Opiods availability & accessibility

BHPCA was established in January 2013 by individuals from different proffesional background and was registered as a Non Governmental Association. The Association has 45 Members; Medical Dr's, Social workers, Pharmacists, Trainers, Caregivers, Students and 3 Hospices in Botswana.
