A gentle reminder today:

Not every thought deserves your attention.

Anxiety can make every worry feel urgent and important.

But some thoughts are just passing noise.

You don’t have to chase every thought.

You are allowed to let some of them go. 🤍

Hello there🍃

If I’m being honest, there are moments when I

look completely okay on the outside, but inside

I’m managing overthinking, tension in my chest, and thoughts that just won’t slow down.

Living with anxiety isn’t always panic attacks and visible fear.

Sometimes it’s:

• Replaying conversations

• Expecting the worst

• Feeling “off” and not knowing why

• Smiling while struggling internally

And I’ve learned something important — I don’t have to fight myself every day. I can give myself grace.

If you’re reading this and you’re trying your best but still feeling overwhelmed, I want you to know:

You are not alone.

Today, I’m choosing softness with myself.

Maybe you can too 🤍

Affirmation:
✨ I am allowed to take up space, even on anxious days.
✨ My feelings are valid.
✨ I am learning to support myself gently.

Let’s check in — how is your heart today?

🌿 A gentle check-in from me…

Hey you… yes, you scrolling right now.

Today I just want to ask you something I ask myself often…

How are you really doing?

Some days my anxiety is loud.

Some days it’s just this quiet heaviness sitting on my chest.

And some days I look “fine” — but inside I’m managing a hundred thoughts at once.

If that’s you too, I see you.

Running a page like this doesn’t mean I have it all figured out.

It just means I’ve decided not to suffer in silence anymore.

And I don’t want you to either.

So pause with me for a second.

Unclench your jaw.

Relax your shoulders.

Take one slow breath.

You are not too sensitive.

You are not overthinking on purpose.

You are not a burden for needing reassurance.

✨ My affirmation today:
“I am allowed to have hard days. My anxiety does not define me, and I am healing a little more every day.”

This space is safe. Always.
With love,

Charlotte

🌿 Affirmation for the Anxious Mind

I am not my anxious thoughts.

I am the observer of them.

I do not have to believe every fear that crosses my mind.

I can pause.

I can breathe.

I can choose calm, even if it takes practice.

My nervous system is trying to protect me —
and I can gently teach it that I am safe.

I am allowed to move slowly.

I am allowed to rest.

I am allowed to exist without constantly preparing for the worst.

This feeling will pass.

I have survived 100% of my hardest days.

I am stronger than this moment. 🤍

Hello beautiful people 🌿

Just popping in to say hi and check in —

what’s one word that describes how today is feeling for you?

Sometimes anxiety doesn’t show up as panic.

It shows up as overthinking, restlessness, fatigue, or the need to always “be okay” for others.

So here’s a gentle question to sit with today:
What has your anxiety been trying to tell you lately?

You don’t need to have the answer right now.

Awareness is already a powerful first step.

💬 If you feel comfortable, share in the
comments — you’re not alone here.

• A fast heartbeat, shortness of breath, or chest tightness

• Trouble sleeping or feeling tired all the time

• Avoiding situations that feel overwhelming

• Irritability or feeling emotionally drained
