Just a reminder we owe no one person (excluding children)including anything that we may have said or done previously in a relationship (of any kind) with someone. Once that bond or relationship broke, your vows broke with that relationship. What that means is, if someone says you owe them or have to do something for them [insert whatever they want from you beyond basic civility at least], you have zero reasons to feel guilt.

Using our past against us in any way, shape or form is manipulation. It does not matter who this relationship is with, this is a type of emotional blackmail.

At times we are the the ones manipulating ourselves by feeding the training of thought that we are obligated to someone else even if we dont want to for whatever reason.

Remind ourselves that we only owe our time and energy to ourselves in relationships with partners, family etc. Excluding of course, our children in any form. (Unless you are reading this somewhere hiding for that one moment of blessed peace and quiet 😂

Today let's have some grace, forgiveness, and learn to grow always.

Hi everyone, welcome to the holiday season! I know people are struggling right now and as such I am hosting sessions by donation of what you feel is fair for the holidays.

All sessions are online at the moment, can be for anyone anywhere in the world, you just need to be able to communicate with me via phone or online (messenger/whats-app).

Typically sessions range from $75 upwards, but these sessions are purely based on your donations.

If you know anyone who could use my services please send them my way. Genuinely just want to be able to help others. Also, if someone feels they need to do a mini session just to see how they feel about it, I can do quick sessions for $25. We accept PayPal (anywhere) and e-transfers (for Canada only).

This special is running for the entire month of December.
