Shades of Truth...

I’ve been on a quest for Truth. And, the deeper I dove into solutions/ answers, the more I discovered that, often, nothing is absolute.

Answers, usually, sound like:
• “It depends.”
• “Not Always.”
• “For Most People.”

However, what I have found is that Experience is essential for growth. And, Intuition is imperative for self exploration.

Plus, when it comes to water consumption/ hydration, “half your body weight in ounces of water” is a great guide to finding out “what works best for you.”

Drink more water,
Stay hydrated,
& live longer (maybe).

First SB trip of the Season.

Had a great time riding and training with these lovely ladies at

It was a blast to (finally) get up to Tahoe and Ride a bigger resort. (I love you China Peak. And, I needed some room to open my wings and fly.)

Thank you for the epic trip (challenges and wins included).

Simple is Scalable.

IMO it doesn’t matter what you’re doing - snowboarding, starting a business, diet, lifestyle, exercise.

Simple scales.

This trick may “seem” complicated but it’s not.

It’s parts are easy:
+ BS Board slide
+ Switch 50-50
+ Switch BS 180

(I practiced these tricks individually first - a bunch. Then, I started spinning flat ground 360s to get the overall moment down. Lastly, I took it to a box and added some style.)

The end result is a simple trick.

This style of progression is how I teach snowboarding

I do this for new riders.

And...

I do this for self taught intermediate to advanced riders.

The spring is coming, it’s time for you to Look better, Progress Faster, & Ride Safer.

Stoked to be Training such a talented group of Snowboard Instructors.

It’s a dream come true!

I remember working with my first snowboard trainers in Austria at and was blown away by their skill, professionalism, and good vibes.

Today, I’m blessed (and I worked hard af) to be sharing the tools, tricks, and good vibes that have been shared with me, to others.

Thank you to all my trainers (here’s a few ), for supporting me, & for training me in the States.

PS: these women shred! Watch out because we have some talented instructors out here! Come get a lesson (new rider to advanced group lessons for only $59 or book a private lesson).

I was ADDICTED to coffee/ caffeine!

Then, I went on this super cool nutritional perspective called “Restore60” and kicked caffeine for solid 8 weeks. (I had one espresso in three months. And, I drank coffee religiously everyday before this.)

During this three month period I tried every non-caffeinated coffee substitute (brewing cacao, drinking cocoa, Rishi mushroom, maca lattes, herbal teas, and this cacao latte).

And let me tell you, Navitas Organics Cocoa Latte was the best! (I mixed it with organic unsweetened coconut milk - so good.)

I highly recommend it.

Today, I use a little bit of Laird Superfood unsweetened coffee occasionally (maybe a teaspoon or two - occasionally). It’s great too!

Additionally today, my anxiety levels have almost dropped to zero. Brain fog and inflammation in my body have reduced significantly. My emotional health has increased and regulated. Plus, I have more energy.

Moral of the story, if you’re tired and exhausted and need a cup of coffee... there’s a reason.

Maybe one of these 👇🏽

(Adrenal fatigue, gut health imbalance, increased stress levels, poor sleep habits, lack of rest, improper hydration, unhealthy relationships, and being over worked - to name a few.)

So, here’s a solution. Stop 🛑 drinking coffee. Get to the root cause of your disfunction. (This will take at least 30-90 days.) Then, slowly start adding caffeine back into your life (if you need it).

Hit me up with questions or if you need some help kickin coffee! (Or hit up Jator Pierre and join the next round of )

Family of Origin + Perception of Shame = Stepping out of the Closet of Authenticity.

Have you ever felt like you “couldn’t” be yourself around family or friends?

What about, having a “growth spurt” and feeling scared to share this growth with others?

Or, starting a new diet or lifestyle and felt like family won’t accept “the new you”?

I know, all of this could be “fixed” with a “new” perception or mindset. Yet, the emotions are “still” there.

How do we or how did I grow through this change? How did I explore a new mind set and pay tribute to my heart-set?

This video holds some keys that worked for me and my intention with sharing this, is that it will hold some solutions for you too.

A Movie about My Nutrition?

Thank you iphone for creating this uplifting video about what I eat.

Nutrition is one area of Holistic Lifestyle where I can help you grow.

(This is how I’ve been eating. If this resonates with you, if this is how you want to eat, send me a message.)

Lose body fat, gain muscle mass, love yourself more.

Wins & Losses 🌓

It’s a part of life.

First, form and technique are critical. For example, this lift could have been “easier” by taking my arms wider, bringing my stance in and back, and striving/ driving at a 45 degree angle (verses trying to lift this weight with my arms). Good form and technique.

Second, grit. Having the mental, emotional, & physical power to get the task done. (I have this in spades for this lift.)

Lastly, gravity. Slide left - you’ll see that I’m downhill and I “can’t” lift the tire (check my IG to see this video). Verses being “uphill” and this slight difference helps me win.

Use these elements to encourage you and help you win. Plus, a good coach (Tyler ) can make a huge difference!

Nutrition: is a keystone principle of holistic lifestyle.

We literally become what we eat. Consider this, how does your body regenerate?

My intention is simple: support others in creating holistically balanced lifestyles.

And, nutrition is fundamental.
