Potential. Boundaries. Indecision.

I asked for guidance from the universe today… and The Hedge jumped out at me.

It felt like a mirror.

Lately, I’ve been hearing the same message from others too - that I need stronger boundaries. And truthfully, I’ve been struggling with them in certain situations.

I’ve been standing at the edge of something new - trying to build differently, choose differently, and protect my energy more intentionally.

There comes a moment when reflection turns into action.

On September 15th, 2025, I asked my dad for guidance.

He always told me I was meant to build something of my own one day. I’ve felt that pull for a long time but fear kept me still.

That night, around 2:30am, I woke up to a noise. (like someone was trying to catch my attention)

When I turned on the light, I saw a blue marker on the carpet near the bottom of my bed. It had fallen off the whiteboard on my wall - the same board that holds an Inner Peaks Healing magnet that my best friend made for me as a reminder to keep going.

Blue was his colour. He was obsessed with it.

You can call it coincidence.
But in that moment, it felt clear.

Just start.

So this is me beginning.

Welcome inward. 🤍

For over 15 years, I’ve felt deeply connected to energy, intuition, and the unseen. Healing, crystals, and spiritual guidance have always been part of my path.

After the passing of my father in early 2024, signs and synchronicities began appearing - gentle reminders of support and presence.

This awakening led me to complete Reiki Level 1 in April 2024 and Reiki Level 2 in August 2025.

Inner Peaks Healing was born from my love of the mountains and the belief that our deepest healing happens when we journey inwards - offering grounding, gentle guidance, and energetic support along the way.
