Almost a month ago, I was out at a cabin with a good friend where we spent time relaxing, reflecting, recharging, and grounding ourselves. 🤍

Naturally, we also ended up doing a couple mini card readings.

The two cards that flew out into my lap were Exchanging Gifts and Come to the Edge — and they felt so aligned for where I’m at right now.

A reminder that the gifts we’re given — intuition, healing, energy, guidance — are meant to be shared… not hidden.

And maybe the biggest reminder of all:

You don’t need to have it all figured out before you take the leap.

Starting this healing journey and stepping into this path has felt both vulnerable and deeply aligned, and these cards felt like confirmation to trust it.

Sometimes the universe doesn’t give you the full plan…
just the nudge to begin ✨

My first reiki house clearing was something I’ll never forget.

The moment I stepped into her bedroom, I could feel it — heavy, stagnant energy, especially around her mattress.
And the message kept coming through so clearly: it has to go.

It wasn’t something I expected to say… but I knew I had to share it.

After the session, I gently brought it up — and her eyes widened.
She told me she had already been thinking about getting a new one for the exact same reasons.

This is what intuitive guidance can feel like.
Clear. Direct. Confirmed.

One of my favourite “you can’t make this up” moments. ✨

A little over a year ago, I did an oracle card reading for one of my good friends around career, financial stability and security.

One of the cards she got was “A Difficult Decision.”

At the time, she was interviewing for 2 roles within the same company, and I told her: “I think your difficult decision is going to be choosing between both job offers.”

She thought that would be wild.

About a week later, I randomly thought while walking my dog…. “She got both job offers.”

20 minutes later, she called me to tell me that she got both offers. And the exact moment I thought of her was when she got the call.

I’ve had a lot of spiritual experiences over the years… but this one stayed with me.

My first time seeing a medium brought through so many names, details, and confirmations that I honestly left completely wow’d.

My grandma came through in such a strong way - including one moment where I felt heat at the top of my head while the medium said she had just placed her hand there to remind me that I’m on the right path and that everything will be okay.

And ending up with the ring that was meant to be passed down to me from her just made it all feel even more full-circle.

If you’ve ever been curious about seeing a medium, I’d absolutely recommend going at least once. 🤍

I kept saying “I need new pillows”… but I also kept saying, “I’m not paying for new pillows.”

The universe said: say less.

After looking around for a while and deciding I wasn’t buying any, I went into Sleep Country one last time and randomly found out my current pillows were still under warranty.

And that same night, I walked out with 2 brand new upgraded pillows for free.

Not all manifestations are glamorous.
Some are just really good for your neck. 🤭

I had a feeling I was going to lose my job.

It wasn’t loud or completely clear…
but something in me knew weeks before it happened.

Not everything your intuition shows you is direct.
Sometimes it’s just a quiet knowing.

And only later does it fully make sense.

But those random thoughts, sudden urges, and unexplainable feelings?
That’s usually it.

The more you notice it,
the stronger it becomes.

A few days before my dad passed, something in my body felt off.

I was uneasy, on edge, and couldn’t really explain why. I remember feeling fidgety and restless, like something just wasn’t right.

One afternoon I tried calling him. He didn’t answer and shortly afterwards he texted me saying that he is sleeping and that we’ll chat later.

Less than 12 hours later, he passed.

Looking back, I don’t think my intuition was telling me exactly what was going to happen… but it felt like there was a deeper knowing or shift I couldn’t quite explain.

I truly believe our energy is deeply connected to the people we love and to others around us in general. Sometimes we feel shifts before we understand them.

This past September, I asked my dad for guidance about what I should be doing career wise.

Later that night, a blue marker fell off my whiteboard - the same board that holds my Inner Peaks Healing magnet my best friend made for me to use a visualization tool.

My dad always used to say, ”You should be working for yourself.”

The message felt clear:
Just start.
