Summit Spine Centre is excited to welcome Dr. Ryan Lawrence to our team!
Originally from just outside Drumheller, Alberta, Dr. Lawrence’s lifelong involvement in sports shaped not only his active lifestyle but also how he cares for his patients. Having experienced firsthand how pain and injury can limit performance and quality of life, he understands the challenges and how important it is to truly restore function, not just offer temporary relief.
After gaining valuable experience at a Veterans Affairs hospital in Florida and a multidisciplinary clinic in Nashville, he returned back to Alberta where he worked at one of Calgary’s best functional neurology clinics. He’s now looking forward to serving our local community.
Dr. Lawrence works with athletes, active individuals, and anyone dealing with everyday aches and chronic pain. Whether it’s neck or back pain, headaches, sports injuries, or repetitive strain from work or daily life, his approach always starts with listening. He focuses on identifying the root cause and creating a personalized treatment plan designed for meaningful, lasting improvement. He is passionate about helping patients move through life with less pain and more confidence while returning to the activities that matter most to them.
