Join Candace, Sunday at 10am for A blend of fundamental vinyasa and yin poses. In honour of Indigenous Peoples Day Monday, Sept 30, $5 a student will be donated to WaterFirst.ngo. Candace believes that not only do we recognize important days with wearing orange shirts and recognizing Truth and Reconciliation, but also include an action… as we all deserve access to clean drinking water, she chooses this action by donating $5 per student.
