Total Stretch Therapy is a gentle, table-based system that goes beyond traditional stretching by integrating the body and mind. Combining advanced techniques such as fascial and neurodynamic stretching, muscle energy work, and PNF, TST releases tension, improves mobility, and promotes deep relaxation. Through guided movement and traction, it helps calm the nervous system, reduce muscular guarding, and restore natural movement balance — making it ideal for athletes, desk workers, and anyone seeking lasting flexibility and recovery.

Kevin is working toward attaining his Canadian Physiotherapy Registration in 2026.

To book with Kevin, please call 905-427-5119 or visit: www.RippleEffect.Pro
