🥗 Microgreen Slaw - tiny greens, BIG flavor

1 cup mixed microgreens
1/2 cup cooked red cabbage (sliced or shredded)
1/2 cup Shredded beets or pickled beets
A sprinkle of raisins
Pumpkin seeds + sunflower seeds
Finished with a little balsamic drizzle (to taste)

Simple. Crunchy. Sweet + savory perfection.

Once you start adding microgreens to your meals, there’s honestly no turning back — they level everything up and make healthy eating way more fun. 🌱
