On day 2 of our comprehensive scavenger hunt along The Maple Trail 🍁, starting in Packenham, Sociable successfully explored a local sugar bush and identified local businesses, chocolateshops & cafes, and distillery showcasing maple syrup products.

Today Sociable successfully completed day 1 of a comprehensive scavenger hunt along The Maple Trail, commencing in Perth. Our initiative included charting a local sugar bush and establishing directions to reach it, featuring a stop at Oliver’s Maple Works, a family-owned sugar bush situated off Rideau Ferry Road between Smiths Falls and Perth, spanning 35 acres with approximately 2000 taps. We then went on to identify local eateries, cafes, and shops showcasing local maple syrup products.🧡🍁🧡

For the next few weeks, Our Sociable program will tour the Lanark Maple Trail, preparing for spring Maple Syrup, and will include stops at Sugar Bushes, restaurants, and maple tree walking trails. 🍁🌲
