March 21st is designated as World Down Syndrome Day, an opportunity to recognize the lives, contributions, and perspectives of individuals with Down syndrome, and to foster awareness, inclusion, and respect within our communities.

We encourage all individuals to participate by wearing colourful socks on Saturday, generating conversations and awareness, (and hopefully sending us a pic of your socks!!.)

Sociable headed to Ottawa today for a visit to DeSerre's Art Store, and had a fun-filled experience. 🧡

During our thorough exploration of The Lanark Maple Trail, on the fourth day of our scavenger hunt, which concluded with a visit to Wheeler's Sugar Bush, a notable maple syrup producer and tourist attraction in Lanark County, recognized for its large-scale operation of over 40,000 taps, and featuring a pancake house serving meals with on-site produced maple syrup, a museum, playground, and walking trails, we found it to be a highly recommended destination for individuals and families. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time on the Lanark Maple Trail. Our navigation skills enabled us to locate each location, while our social skills facilitated engaging interactions with owners and staff, providing valuable insights into their businesses.🍁🧡🍁🧡🍁
