We’re inviting you to join us for a Spring Equinox Renewal Retreat with Sacred Synergy Collective!

Spring is a time for fresh starts! A time to pause, breathe, and plant the seeds for what you want to grow next.

This half-day experience is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, the season, and a community of like-minded people.

Sunday, March 22nd, 1pm-6pm
Antigonish, Nova Scotia
$150 per person

Together we’ll move through an afternoon of grounding and renewal with experiences that gently open the body and mind. The retreat includes ceremonial cacao, guided movement, breathwork and sound bath, an intuitive art experience, time outdoors snowshoeing, and a Nordic cycle sauna with aromatherapy.

This day is about slowing down, clearing space, and stepping into spring with intention. Whether you’re looking to reset, reflect, or simply spend a meaningful afternoon in a beautiful space, with beautiful humans, this retreat was created to support that.

📣 Join us for a transformative evening on the 🌑 New Moon in ♓️ Pisces, embracing the mystical waters and visionary spirit of the cosmos 🌊. Dive with us into the dreamy realm of Pisces, where intuition and imagination gently unfold 🙌

🌬️ Be guided through a transformational breathwork journey with the support of gentle reiki energy healing from Jillian Marchand & two additional reiki masters - Kristi Lyne Shayan & Jillian McGrath from Sacred Synergy Collective! 💆

This session will guide simple movements to get your body moving & fluids flowing. After a quick movement practice we will lay down for the breathwork journey. 🤲 During the journey all 3 reiki practitioners provide hover & hands on reiki healing to the group.
