I’m Lisa Horne, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with a strong focus on menopause and hormonal health.
My approach is rooted in real-life, sustainable solutions that support every aspect of your health — not just your symptoms. I look at the full picture: nutrition, gut health, sleep, stress, and lifestyle — because menopause affects so many parts of your well-being.
I created this group because too many women are left without answers or support when they need it most. 🌙
