Here’s what most people never hear:
Not everyone’s body responds to calorie restriction the same way.
A recent study* (see the source below) followed women eating the exact same calories for eight weeks.
The results? All over the place.

Hi, I’m Irina I help women to lose weight and get in shape naturally, stress-and-diet-free, enjoying food that you actually want to eat. I am obsessed with simple great tasting food of all varieties. I love desserts. I am a certified health coach and a busy mom. I can’t afford to spend hours preparing meals. And I don’t like to eat boiled chicken and steamed broccoli all day. I believe that food is one of the greatest pleasures in our life.

I am a recovered compulsive eater. I stopped stress eating. I stopped emotional eating. I can enjoy food without gaining weight. And I can teach you how to do it.

I worked with a few A-list Hollywood celebrities. People who have a team of experts that helps them to get in great shape and stay healthy and ageless. I tried those methods myself, chose the best healthiest methods that actually worked in the real-life without a team of assistants. I lost 30 pounds of excess weight and kept it off without dieting, exhaustive exercise or deprivation.
