Ahhh, facial reflexology…. Each of our facial modalities includes a full body reflexology session performed through the reflexes on the face and scalp. But unless you’ve had it, where does one begin to explain this experience?

I could go on and on and on explaining every aspect and benefit of facial reflexology but it is a lot less to say this exactly what the picture says. Facial reflexology is where relaxation meets restoration. It is an all encompassing modality included in our Zone Facelift and facial cupping treatments.

Autumn is here! While not my favourite season there are some things I just love about fall. Warm colours, leave falling, sweaters, cozy blankets and thoughts and pumpkin everything…
However, with the shorter days it is also the season I know I have to be more mindful of self care rituals as to ward off the impending SAD season.
Reflexology is my go to for that reason. From curbing my anxiety, relieving body pain (I dislike the cold and my body agrees), to helping me feel grounded - mind, body and spirit, it is the modality I reach the most for.
