Group Hypnosis Online March 1 2026 4-7pm EST

This is based on the QHHT method as developed by Dolores Cannon. The group hypnosis is great if you are interested in exploring QHHT and/or if you want to dip your toes while feeling in control of the ride. You can see it more as a guided deep meditation if you wish.

Ensure you have a cozy spot to sit for 2-3 hours.
Bring an intention or question, or remain open to what comes through.
Bring a pen and a journal.
Give yourself a quiet spot.
Relax, enjoy, and HAVE FUN!
