Meet our Lymphedema Specialist and Physio, ANNA ✨

Anna is Registered Physiotherapist who graduated from Columbia University, New York City, NY in 2014 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree in 2014.

Anna believes in taking a holistic approach to treatment and working with patients to achieve their goals through a tailored program of therapeutic exercise and manual therapy.

Anna has a special interest in working with patients undergoing cancer treatment, those who are in remission, and/or patients with Lymphedema. Anna is a certified Lymphedema therapist through the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy and specializes in Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage, as well as compression garment fitting. She has also taken several post-graduate training courses in Oncology rehabilitation and exercise.

She is fluent in English and Ukrainian. In her spare time, Anna loves to spend time with her family outdoors, hiking, travelling, and photography.

Meet the Physio; Damian 💪🏽

Damian is a driven physiotherapist, who graduated from with a Master’s of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.

Through his own experiences with sports and injuries, Damian has developed a deep understanding of the physical and emotional challenges involved in recovery. This strong foundation in sports and rehabilitation enables him to guide his patients to regain their full potential, helping them return to the activities they love with confidence.

Damian combines his passion for physical activity with a commitment to patient care, creating individualized treatment plans for each patient. He prioritizes patient education and uses treatment techniques based upon the best available evidence to enhance functional recovery for individuals of all ages and with diverse conditions.

Throughout his academic career, he has worked in the fitness industry, served as a trainer for the OPDL, and played soccer competitively. He plans to further his education in sports medicine, neurological conditions, dry needling, and advanced manual therapy.

Outside of the clinic, Damian enjoys staying active at the gym, playing soccer or tennis, and exploring new places.

Meet Mitch! Resident Physiotherapist 💪🏽

🏫 Mitchell holds an educational background which includes a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Ottawa, which he earned after obtaining an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. He has a strong passion for helping individuals recover from injuries, restore movement, and return to the activities they love.

💪🏽 Mitchell’s treatment approach combines evidence-based exercise prescription, manual therapy, and patient education to create individualized rehabilitation programs that support long-term recovery and prevention.

⚽️ With a background in athletics and fitness as an OUA soccer player, Mitchell understands firsthand the challenges of injury and the importance of regaining confidence in movement. He is dedicated to empowering his patients with the tools and strategies they need to meet their personal goals whether that means returning to sport, staying active at work, or maintaining independence in daily life.

🗣️ Mitchell is also bilingual so he is able to provide treatment in both English and French based on preference.
